Recovery

The spike recovery was evaluated by spiking 3 levels of human beta Amyloid 1-42 into health human brain tissue sample. The un-spiked brain tissue was used as blank in this experiment. The recovery ranged from 81% to 112% with an overall mean recovery of 95%.
